- 1 Pens, markers, or colored pencils

Instructions
- Print your doodle sheets (2 min): Choose one or print the full set.
- Pick a topic (1 min): Start with “Key Memories” or “Achievements.”
- Doodle and write (10–15 min): Fill the space with patterns, sketches, and words that represent your experiences and dreams.
- Reflect (5 min): Use the journaling prompts to connect your doodles to future goals.
- Plan next steps (optional): Turn your ideas into action items for your career or personal growth.
