    ○ Occupation
    ○ Date

Notes

Adapt to other learning spaces
  • Homeschool: Use as part of a career exploration loop or portfolio for state reporting.
  • Classroom: Great for career units, advisory periods, or CTE programs
  • Virtual: Share as a fillable PDF for easy digital submission.
Why it works: Tracking builds accountability and helps teachers, parents, and students see the breadth of careers explored, which in turn makes reflection and planning easier.
