Is this a complete standalone curriculum?
Yes! Our Complete Curriculum Units deliver an exhaustive, multi-week framework that seamlessly integrates workforce readiness, real-world math applications, and core industry vocabulary into your schedule. They function beautifully as comprehensive, standalone unit studies. However, because our design is highly flexible, you can also easily mix and match our bite-sized Microlessons or self-paced Career Kits to supplement any traditional curriculum you already use and love.
What formats do the resources come in?
We offer a hybrid mix of digital media and physical printables to protect learner engagement.
- Our Complete Curriculums and Career Kits deliver instant, high-quality printable PDF files (including comprehensive learner workbooks and full instructor guides). The complete curriculum includes a digital flipbook, which are slides to aid with instruction.
- Our Microlessons (designed for high school and older) combine short, highly interactive streaming video modules with a physical, printable field manual to keep learners actively writing and reflecting as they watch.
How do I choose the right grade levels?
To keep things simple and stress-free for educators, our entire ecosystem is divided into two distinct, age-appropriate grade bands:
- Elementary (Ages 6–10): Focuses on introductory career discovery, foundational life skills, basic time management, and creative hands-on projects.
- Middle & High School (Ages 11+): Dives deep into structural industry tracks, critical thinking, complex technical vocabulary, independent portfolio creation, and professional job interview prep.
Do these lessons require extensive prep work?
Not at all. Every asset in our storefront is built on a strict “open-and-go” architecture designed to save your weekends and those “Sunday Scaries”. Our coach notes feature complete “lessons-at-a-glance” matrices, pre-built slide decks, and instant grading answer keys. You can complete your checkout, download your files, and deploy a professional-grade career lesson with zero prior background knowledge.
Can I use this in a group setting?
Our standard digital downloads are strictly licensed for individual family or single-classroom use only. This means a single purchase covers one parent/guardian and their immediate children, or one traditional teacher and their direct roster of learners. File sharing, digital copying, or teaching learners outside of your immediate home/classroom boundaries is strictly prohibited.
For Small Groups & Friends: If you plan to work through these resources with a small circle of friends, homeschooling neighbors, or relatives, please ensure that each participating educator or family purchases their own independent copy of the materials.
For Co-Ops, Microschools, & Hybrid Models: If you are teaching a large group of learners across a co-op, hybrid school, or educational cohort, we require a specialized group license.
