For example, a farm manager might decide when to plant seeds, how to care for the soil, and which equipment to use. They also manage budgets to keep a farm in operation. Such responsibilities make sure the farm is profitable for many years. It’s a job that combines a love for nature with business skills.
Other Careers in Agriculture: Scientists!
Agricultural scientists conduct a lot of research to study the different ways (that are environmentally friendly) to grow crops better and keep animals healthy. These scientists work in labs, greenhouses, and fields, conducting experiments to find new ways to improve food production. They might develop new types of seeds that grow faster or find ways to protect crops from pests without using harmful chemicals. This career is perfect for learners who love science and nature.

The term “analyst” in Marketing analysts is a serious context clue. This career involves collecting and analyzing data to help companies understand the types of products people want to buy. They use such information to determine how to sell products effectively and generate a high profit. A marketing analyst might look at trends in toy sales to help a company decide which new toys to create. They use charts, graphs, and reports to share their findings with the team. This career is great for kids who enjoy solving puzzles and working with numbers.
